WARRANTY

Every new MT419 Fly Rod and blank is covered by our lifetime warranty for original owner against craftsmanship and materials. MT419 Fly Rods reserves the right to determine whether to repair or replace any rod covered by this warranty. Discontinued products will be replaced with comparable models if necessary. Colors and components may also vary with replacement parts.

Our warranty covers repair or replacement of the rod blank and does not cover intentional damage but only cover breakage under normal fishing conditions. Any claim or repair after 30 days from the purchase date will incur a $70.00 handling fee plus shipping charges. Any claim submitted must include your purchase receipt and a photocopy or digital photo of this warranty card..

RETURNS

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. Our MT419 Fly Rods are built to order which usually require 2-3 weeks. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

At this time, MT419 Fly Rods only ships within the U.S.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at mt419flyrods@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Shipping to P.O. boxes
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, we only ship to physical home and business addresses.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is in its original condition, we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email or call us as soon as possible at mt419flyrods@gmail.com or (208)800-9876 with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
